| May Queen Function – 2012 |

1.
RSI May Queen Function – 2012 will be held at RSI,Pune on 12 May 2012 (Saturday) from 1930h to 2300h as per the details already published earlier. |

| Hosting of Dynamic Website and Smart Card based Identity for E Billing System for RSI, Pune |

2.RSI, Pune is in the process of upgrading its Website. The current and past one year bills have been uploaded on the website. Members can view their bills after logging in through user ID and secured password. The procedure for ‘ logging in’ is as under:-

| (a) User ID is your Membership No as, G-150. |
|
| (b) Password is your date of birth eg 01 Jan 1952 as, 01011952. |

| 3.Members are requested to intimate their date of birth for updating comptr data of Website. The issue of Smart Cards will commence during May 12. The details will be put up on the Notice Board and RSI Website. The process of E payment will commence once the website has stabilized. |

| Coaching Classes |
| |
| 4. Dance Classes. The classes will be conducted by Flames School of Dance, Viman Nagar, Pune for the members and their dependents wef 14 May 2012 to 13 Jun 2012. It will be run twice a week ( total 08 session of one hour each). Charges Rs 1500/- per month per member. Classes will start with either Salsa, Jive (Latin) or Waltz (Ball Room). All serving and Retd Offrs and their dependents in Stn may attend if they so desire. All desirous of attending should enter their names in the register available at Reception. |

5.Swimming Classes. Coaching classes for non-swimmers is being conducted at Swimming Pool wef 20 Apr 2012 from 0700 hrs to 0900 hrs every day in the morning less Tuesday. One Swimming coach has been made available for imparting the training during above timings. Maximum members are requested to avail the above facilities. The classes will be conducted wef 20 Apr 2012 to 31 May 2012 depending upon the response from members.

| 6.Yoga Classes. Classes are being planned to be conducted wef 14 May 12 to 31 May 12. The details will be put on the RSI,Notice Board and on the RSI Website shortly. |

| Entertainment Programme |

| 7.Dance with DJ. A musical evening “Dance with DJ” will be held from 2030h to 2200h on 19 May 2012 after the Tombola. All members and dependents are requested to attend in large Nos and enjoy the evening. |

| Bridge/Rummy Tournaments |
| |
8. The following Tournaments are proposed to be conducted in RSI, Pune as under :-
|
| (a) Rummy Tournaments. On two Sundays during the month of Jun 2012. |
(b) Bridge Tournaments. On a Sunday in Jul/Aug 2012.
